I have taken countless trips to the Dominican Republic and fell in love with the country to the point that I decided to make it my second home. Dominican Republic is nothing like what we’re used to here in Canada. It’s a tropical country, so the weather is always nice – I’m talking all year round. Thanks to low bureaucracy system, immigrating or moving to the Dominican Republic for work is really easy. But that’s nothing compared to its finest treasure – real estate. Investment opportunities and real estate prices in the Dominican Republic are more attractive that you would have ever expected.

As I continued visiting the island, I became familiar with the system and when I saw what it costs to purchase a property there, I was sold. As time went by, I got involved in the Dominican Republic real estate market to the point that I became the link between real estate agents in down there in the Dominican Republic and real estate buyers up here in Canada. To help make matters easier, I have set up this website.
